I have been getting by with my Littman for the past 5 years but my hearing has worsened.  I didn\u2019t want to spend a bunch of money for a stethoscope for the hearing impaired.  This attachment works great.  My only minor issue is the end doesn\u2019t want to stay screwed in but it has been insignificant.",
